Welcome to my blog!

I am a Montessori teacher and Orton Gillingham tutor iand have just finished the process of becoming a "Reading Specialist". My goal is to share information related to the process of learning to read and some information from my daily work with 3-6 year olds.

Helping children learn to read, especially those with learning differences, is what gets me out of bed each day. Every child deserves the best reading instruction they can get in order to help them become the best person they can be. I hope to help them all get there.
